Don't hesitate; shine today!

Once upon a time
A child was born into this life
Heaven could be seen in her eyes
There was no doubt she was divine
And if you are still you will feel the truth
That the princess in this wondrous story is you

It’s your time
It’s your destiny to shine
So arise
Be true to the royal
That’s inside of you
Don’t settle for the story that
The world would have you write
You were born to reach eternal life
Let faith fill every chapter
Let the Savior lead you to
Happily ever after

Sometimes in your life
The world will cast a spell
And try to make your conscience fall asleep
And forget the woman God would have you be
But if you are still you will understand
The noble role you play in his plan

It’s your time
It’s your destiny to shine
So arise
Be true to the royal
That’s inside of you
Don’t settle for the story that
The world would have you write
You were born to reach eternal life
Let faith fill every chapter
Let the Savior lead you to
Happily ever after

When the forests fills with darkness
And wolves seek your soul
Just know
You are simply in the place between
Your once upon a time and your triumph in the end

It's your time
It’s your destiny to shine
So arise
Be true to the royal
That’s inside of you
Don’t settle for the story that
The world would have you write
You were born to reach eternal life
Let faith fill every chapter
Let the Savior lead you to
Happily ever after

Happily Ever After.
This is your time, don't hesitate! Be your best self! Be true to yourself! Everyone has a purpose; we must each discover our divine purpose. To accomplish our goals and purposes we will face trial. But it the end it will all be for the better. :) Whenever you feel like there is no one there to help you then just pray. Your Father in Heaven knows and loves you, and he will help if you just let him in!

The Power of Seminary

"Take seminary and gain a testimony of it... That gospel learning will help you keep your life in balance." ~Riley M. Lorimer
“Spending a few minutes in the scriptures each day, bearing testimony, and feeling the Spirit has not only a strengthening effect as students go to school, but it has a healing effect as the Atonement of Jesus Christ acts in their lives. It’s a great opportunity for youth.” ~Kelly Haws
"Young people, I ask you to participate in seminary. Study your scriptures daily. Listen to your teachers carefully. Apply what you learn prayerfully."
~President Thomas S. Monson
“For me, being in seminary gives me power. When I go to school and all my friends talk about all kinds of stuff, it’s good to have some spiritual strength in the mornings.” ~Johannes Malzl
~~~
I have my own personal testimony of seminary. I love seminary so much. Last week I was having a bad day, but when I showed up to seminary Brother Wallace started teaching and I knew that he was speaking through to spirit because he said just what I needed to hear. I love this gospel and know that it is true.
We thank Thee, oh God, for a Prophet.
<------ See this man right here? Well... I love him (and the stories he tells). :) He is so funny and spiritual, and I know that he always speaks the truth. Thomas S. Monson is the true prophet on the church today. I know that he receives revelation from God. I know that if I follow the guidance he gives that I am following God's will and that I am on the right path. The reason I love General Conference so much is because it gives me a chance to listen to the prophets and apostles. I love each and every one of them, and I love the spirit I feel when they speak. I know that this gospel is true! ♥
